Florence is a Company Secretary and Governance Professional and sits as Company Secretary for different companies based in Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia among others.   A fluent bilingual (French and English) graduate with a BA Arts (French and Linguistics), LLB (Hons) and an MSc in Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership.  She is also a certified ADR practitioner.

She is also a member of The Chartered Governance Institute UK (formerly Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK).

Florence has over the years acquired extensive experience in corporate governance, public relations and managing complex projects from working with both public and private organisations.

She also advises start-up companies on their set-up and regulatory matters. She has a wide experience of providing company secretarial, governance and compliance support to local and international companies and has extensive experience in the incorporation of businesses, employment as well as personal and corporate immigration law and practice in Ghana.

Florence had also previously worked with Fiducia Services Limited, a subsidiary of Prime Attorneys a legal and Company Secretarial firm, Sanofi Aventis Pharmaceuticals France and the Tema Metropolitan Assembly.  Her tactical and focused approach to limiting risk, offering governance support and establishing creative strategies for optimizing internal operations and financial returns are her marks of distinction and she has a verifiable track record of meeting project objectives.
